PRO PROGRAM
ABOUT
The TeenWorks Pro program offers teens in grades 10, 11, and 12 with year-round personal and professional development, networking, and 1:1 coaching in their next steps after high school.
By working with one of our Program Managers and getting involved with a community of like-minded peers, teens find unique support to help them handle everything — from dealing with a difficult supervisor to solving transportation issues to navigating financial aid applications. Their Program Manager becomes a trusted partner for them — a supportive and compassionate adult helping them transition into their own adulthood.
Participation is based on a teen successfully completing our summer program, and submitting a Pro Program application.

Similarly to the TeenWorks Summer Program, TeenWorks Pro is free of cost to teens!

All TeenWorks Pro participants must have previously been employed during a TeenWorks Summer Program to be eligible.

Year round professional development to help you connect with other teens, discover your interests, explore your options for after high school, set and achieve your goals. You’ll also engage with a Program Manager for 1:1 guidance developing a personal plan for life after high school and get support navigating the challenges of school, jobs, life, and your future.

In order to be eligible for our TeenWorks scholarships, students must participate in a Summer Program as well as TeenWorks Pro, and regularly attend mandatory professional development.
