Taryn Kincaid has 15 years of experience in community-based youth development. She draws on relationship building, social-emotional learning, and social justice to develop TeenWorks’ college and career readiness programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Earlham college and a master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston in Learning, Teaching, and Educational Transformation with a focus in urban education and social justice.
