Cait Potter

Cait Potter

Operations Manager

Cait has always been passionate about uplifting those in need and pursuing civic leadership. When she began her search for the right nonprofit to which to dedicate a year of her life through AmeriCorps VISTA, she had no idea when she would end up in Indianapolis, Indiana with an organization so dedicated to youth excellence. As a result of her dedication and innovation, she was offered a full time position with TeenWorks at the end of her VISTA term. Cait earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with minors in Spanish and Justice Systems from Truman State University, a small liberal arts school located in Kirksville, Missouri (GO BULLDOGS!). She is also pursuing her Master of Public Affairs in Non-Profit Management at IUPUI.

Michael also served as the Tri-State Alliance Youth Group Director for several years. Michael attended the University of Southern Indiana where he received his Bachelor’s degree in history with minors in both education and political science. Brandon McClung

Brandon McClung

Assistant Program Manager

During his time in college at IUPUI, Brandon volunteered with an after school student mentoring program, it was there he saw the importance of investing in students and helping them plan for their futures. After recently graduating from IUPUI with an Associates degree in Architectural Technology Brandon wanted to find a job where he could make an impact on the city and in the lives of others. Brandon joined TeenWorks in the summer of 2015 as an assistant supervisor. After a great summer he realized this was his place to make an impact post-college. At summers-end Brandon was offered a job to continue to work with TeenWorks as an Assistant Program Manager and is eager to lay a foundation in the city (shameless Architecture pun). Outside of work Brandon is the biggest Minnesota Vikings fan in Indiana and probably the only one, Skol Vikings!
